Kevin was diligent and patient throughout the entire home buying experience. As first time buyers we needed someone who could explain the process, understand our criteria and help us find the perfect home for our family, Kevin was the perfect fit.

- During the highs and lows of Covid-19, Kevin always showed integrity and patience. After each viewing, he took the time to explain the neighborhood context and provide his thoughts on the house. We always felt comfortable with Kevin’s recommendations and didn’t feel like we were being pushed into a purchase.
- I’d also like to note that Kevin was always accommodating for viewings. We viewed a lot of places in the greater Victoria area, and Kevin always made us a priority. Managing works schedules, and kids can be challenging alone, but adding viewing on top was tough, Kevin adjusted his schedule accommodated viewings as quickly as possible.

I’ve worked with many realtors in multiple provinces and in Victoria, Kevin will always be my go to for a few main reasons:

- when he helped me buy my former condo, he was unbelievable responsive and proactively so. When tings had to move quickly he made sure I had all the information, offered clever insights, and helped me make a good decision fast. Made sure I didn’t overspend and stuck to my values and budget.
- when he helped me sell a condo, his attention to detail was second to none. He had the condo cleaned, staged and photographed so professionally that my condo, which really wasn’t unique, really out in the listings. When the offers came rolling in, he helped me pick a good one based on many factors beyond just the offer price.
- when Kevin helped me buy an investment property, he did a lot of his own math and helped me find a suitable place that would attract good renters, have predictable costs, and appreciate in value. He even thought of some factors I wouldn’t have and we got a good price.

Overall, I like working with Kevin because he doesn’t get emotional (or try to get you to be), his attention to detail is excellent for both buying and selling, and he’s on top of everything - it’s all business.
